Best taken with foods containing olive oil or other fats, such as yogurt.

Directions as a dietary supplement for Children, Adults and Adolescents
Children from 3 to 12 years old take one (1) chewy a day. Adults and Adolescents: take one (1) or two (2) chewy’s a day. The daily dose of EPA+DHA must not exceed 5 g. Soft, easy to take without water.
